Presented by:  Katie Heppner, Regional Director, North Central Small Business Development Center.
The Marketing During Construction workshop from the North Central SBDC at Central Lakes College is a practical, no-nonsense session designed to help small businesses stay visible, accessible, and profitable during periods of road or infrastructure disruption. It focuses on helping business owners overcome common challenges like reduced foot traffic and customer confusion by strengthening their digital presence, improving on-site signage and experience, and using simple, effective promotions and partnerships to keep customers engaged. Attendees walk away with clear, actionable strategies to communicate they are open, make it easy for customers to find and buy from them, and track what's working so they can adjust quickly and keep revenue moving in the right direction.

Multiple ways to access the workshop:
1. Attend in person at Cambridge Public Library.  Benefit from conversations with other affected businesses and organizations.  Drop ins welcome. Optional:  bring your lunch.
2. Attend online via Zoom.  Register and receive the link in your confirmation email.
3. Register and receive the recording to watch at another time.
