Extensive research shows a positive outlook, fueled by positive engaged brains, enhances performance, pride, and culture, improves business outcomes and community relationships. To support public health and wellbeing, Isanti County is sponsoring a county-wide initiative called The Happiness Advantage, using federal COVID-19 relief dollars.
