As part of a leading milk marketing cooperative owned by family dairy farmers (DFA) , the Dalbo plant manufactures
hard Italian cheeses such as Parmesan, Asiago, Romano and fontina. We are a team of just under 100 employees operating 24hrs and 7 days to provide quality product to retail , food service and industrial manufacturers channels .
