Swayze LaBelle believes everyone deserves greatness — a conviction forged on his own path from homeless teenage parent to leading high-performing teams worldwide in the military, and now to coaching business owners across Central Minnesota.

As owner of Forged Business Solutions, Swayze works one-on-one with owners, general managers, and leadership teams in construction, contracting, trades, and service businesses. Growth in these industries creates complexity fast: crews waiting on decisions, missed handoffs, margin pressure, and the owner becoming the bottleneck. Swayze helps leaders build the clarity, self-mastery, and systems to grow without that tension spilling into the field, the office, or the family.

He also founded the Forged Samaritan Project, helping veterans and first responders carry their leadership into professional careers — the mission didn’t stop, it just changed — and build stronger families and communities.
